Registration Required forms

Every year runners must register with Athletics South Africa (ASA) as well as their Athletic Club. The ASA registration process is once off, but we need an up to date copy every year. Please login to ASA website and check your details then save that as you will need to upload the latest version to this site.

Annual Process Required.

Important to check these please.


  • Register/Update your ASA details
  • Save the Completed ASA form
  • Print, Sign and Scan Club Indemnity
  • Login to your profile using the token
  • Upload your ASA and Indemnity Form
  • Upload Proof of payment
  • Race Numbers are only made available in February each year. Come back and get your Race Number here when they are ready

What is the Access Token ?
Enter your First & Last name & Your ID/Passport and your active email address.
We will email a Private Login Token that provides only you with access to your private information.

When you get the token PLEASE Click it and complete the rest of your registration details

The system will send your login token to your email address.
Note - your ID is your unique key
