🏃♂️ Focus for 2025
- Couch to 10k. This is a very popular area, where people are encouraged into regular fitness programs to improve their health. From people just wanting to walk to those trying to improve their speed over 10Km.
- Ultra and Marathon Running. Over the years we have helped many runners get from a 21k into Ultra running their comrades or Washy as well as some other Trail Options. This program requires you to join specific groups dedicated to the process where club activities and options can be shared.
- Healthy Running. We want to encourage our runners to take the pain and discomfort out of their running and learn to be more comfortable with their pace and goals in order to make running an enjoyable and social activity good for their health and well-being.
- We want more leaders in our club. The club is run by volunteers that pay for their own memberships as well, so they are people that care about the club and its members. We are looking for more members to take part in leadership in the club, which is a sense of giving back to your community.
